Shipping and Delivery Policy:

United Parcel Service provides our standard shipping service. We ship your in-stock purchases from our kitchens here at Coconut Bay within two days of receipt of order. Your items should arrive at their destination within 5-7 business days from date of shipment. Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked online using the tracking code provided in your order confirmation statement. Orders shipped via other means cannot be tracked using an automated system, but if it's urgent, give us a call and we'll make every effort to help track your order. If you're in an extra hurry to receive your items, orders placed for in-stock items before 12 P.M. (EST) may be shipped via UPS overnight service upon your request. UPS shipping rates are determined automatically online by the weight of your order and your Ship To location. Please call Customer Care to arrange for special shipping arrangements (888)709-8751. Oversized or heavy orders may require extra charges. Please contact Customer Care for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or outside of the United States. Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from Coconut Bay Trading  product line. Therefore, every item we sell is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, we will be happy to replace your item or provide you with a credit for the purchase of any of the products in the Coconut Bay Trading line.
